My son is studying abroad his first semester of college, located near Dublin. They have a fall break coming up, Sept. 22 - 25, and he is looking for options, preferably other than Ireland since they studying there for 3 months! He said he'd like to go to a warm beach, but he only has about $500 to spend. Any suggestions for a spontaneous, shoe-string budget fall break adventure?

Have him look into budget airlines, Ryanair, Easyjet to see what cost is to go to say Barcelona or Portugal. The rates are great but have severe restrictions on luggage weight but for 4 day trip should not need much.
