minimum connection time

flying from TO to Heathrow to Dublin on same itinerary (and return). We have a 3 hr layover between Heathrow and Dublin and 4 on the return. In your experience is that enough time to get from terminal 1 to terminal3?

That should be plenty of time. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are located on the same site. T 4 and 5 are the more difficult ones to transfer too but even with that time frame it is doable provided you don't require extra assistance.
