What temperatures and conditions should we expect on our trip to the south and southwest of Ireland in September? We will be in these areas from September 16-21. I appreciate anyones help.

We were in Dublin and Cork last week, and the weather showed 66-70, but it was humid... making it feel 75-80. The locals told us that its usually raining, even with the nice weather.
I'd check the weather map in September and play it by ear in a few months.

For the middle of September in Dublin the average high is about 60 and the low in the upper 40's. The temperatures vary little across the country. You just need to be prepared for rain with a WATERPROOF parka or jacket etc. It can sometimes be too windy for umbrellas and I hate the things anyway because someone is always trying to poke me in the eye with the darn thing.
