Can anyone suggest a good travel insurance for medical coverage to London?

You might want to check with Kaiser-Permanente. I have Group Health out of Seattle which is now affilliated with K-P and GH provides me with medical coverage in Europe including emergency evacuation to the US if necessary.

First, check with your own health insurance company. They may cover you.
Many people also get medical evacuation insurance. Normal health insurance plans won't cover the cost of getting you home.

Take a look at www.insuremytrip.com. They offer a wide variety of insurance types/packages so that you can get just the coverage you need without paying for features you don't need.
