Just (attempted - awaiting confirmation) to book a reservation for a group of 9 in three separate rooms in early May, 2013. If you have stayed there, please let me know what you think of it - anything I should know? (I am hoping there is nothing but good to say about this place!) Thanks!

We stayed there in 2010 for 4 nights. It was fine, on a quiet street, close to Victoria station and we walked everywhere from there. I'd stay there again.

Thanks for the reply. I received confirmation of a booking for our group. I thik it will suit us (my husband found out there supposedly a great pub within a block or two). I'm interested in any other experiences - good, bad or otherwise!

We had a triple room there summer of 2011. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very clean and a great buy for London. Easy and pleasant walk to Victoria Station, or bus right out front. We got up early every day, so we never had to wait to be seated for breakfast. Traditional Engligh breakfast, friendly service from the hosts, a great way to start the day. Enjoy your stay!

We stayed there for 4 nights last May. Very nice and accommodating and good value for the money (for London). It's a little closer to Pimlico station but the service is better to Victoria so you'll end up going there more. It's a kind of posh, good-looking area with several good and distinctive restaurants right around there so no need to travel to dinner unless you want to: Grumbles - very French feeling Cask - one of London's two good local brew places (we had uneven food service but the beer made up for it) Chimes - quirky cider oriented place The Ebury - upscale wine bar(a little further away) and some other promising looking pubs and places we didn't get to try. Have fun!

You will not be disappointed. Stayed in 2010 and have booked again for June 2013. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with bus stop at the door. Major grocery store just around the corner, in our case for a forgotten toothbrush!

Stayed there in May 2007 with 5 friends for 7 nights. We all were very happy with the facility & location. Will be staying again in May with one other friend for 7 nights. Very nice & personable owners, very clean rooms, great water pressure in bathroom, nice English breakfast every morning, good restaurants close by, a supermarket down the street & very affordable lodging. I think you will be pleased.
