I'll be arriving and departing on a international flight to Stockholm. In between, I would like to store some of my cooler weather clothing and items for 2 weeks while I'm in southern europe. Any ideas on where I can store a small bag (jsut clothes) for 2 weeks without incurring large expense (the airport too expensive). A hostel that I can pay to keep in their luggage room?

The train station does have lockers but I don't remember if there is a time limit for use. If you will be staying in a hotel on your return, they MIGHT be willing to keep your bag for two weeks. It's worth asking. I doubt any hotel you are not staying in would store bags for you.

Maybe you already checked this out, but you can store a suitcase for up to 30 days at Arlanda airport for 40 Kr a day (about $6.25). http://www.bagport.se/cms_en/index.php?page=Lockers

Adding to previous post, at Arlanda it is 40 SEK for up to 9 days and then there is a discount of 20 SEK beyond 9 days. For 14 days that would be 460 SEK or around $72. The lockers at the train station are 50 and 60 SEK per day.
