Luggage Storage in Central London

Hello, I need a place to store my luggage for about 8 hours during the day somewhere in Central London... I won't be able to meet up with my host until the evening but I will be arriving in town in the morning so I want to ditch the bags for a bit and sightsee. I am flexible as to the location and will go for whatever is the cheapest option. Thanks in advance! Jamie

The rate is cheaper at Victoria COACH station than it is at National Rail stations.
