Want to catch a train from Oxford to Scotland and want to store excess luggage in Oxford . Is there anywhere near the train station we can store luggage?

Have you asked your Oxford hotel if they will hold your bags until you return? I am not aware of a Left Luggage at Oxford station.

Quick google search provides the following from TA: Oxford Backpackers, 9A Hythe Bridge Street, will accept left-luggage even from non- residents at ??2 per person per day - but not necessarily per item, if two items can be tied together. Remember, however, that you have to climb a flight of stairs to start with.
