particularly the south kensington stop. Has anyone been at that tube stop lately and noticed lockers? I tried looking it up in the underground website but didn't have much luck.

I'm not aware of any Underground Station that has lockers. But all the rail stations in central London have luggage hold services: Victoria, Paddington, Euston, Kings Cross/ ST Pancras, Waterloo, Charing Cross

No, there are no left luggage lockers at any tube station due to security reasons.

No left luggage in tube stations. Left luggage in rail stations. No place to put your trash in either.

At the Earls Court tube stop (one stop from South Kensington) there is an "Excess Baggage" place right on Earls Ct road near the tube station (Earls Ct Rd side not Warwick rd side).

I do remember walking past this place thinking what a weird location it's in (it's the same company that operates the baggage storage at the train stations), but it might just work for you.
