I know Ashford Castle, Dromoland and Adare Manor are great castle hotels in Ireland. But they are quite expensive. What are some of the other ones that are cheaper, yet a great experience?
I am looking to stay for 2-3 days in Western Ireland so I can do Rings of Kerry and drive to Cork.
