longer term storage Dublin

Altho' we are traveling quite light a la RS, we do have 3 Ryanair flights between r/t in/out Dublin and we are a bit on the edge of their 1 bag weight limit. We would love to leave some stuff behind (Ireland maps/book, etc) but wonder if that is possible or smart. Prohibitively expensive to mail home/hate to abandon..... Any ideas?

Hi, I've asked this question and am in the exact same situation...here is a link to Dublin Airport's "Left Luggage" which allows you to leave your luggage at the airport: http://www.dublinairport.com/gns/at-the-airport/terminal1/facilities-services/left-luggage.aspx When I first started researching this I'm pretty sure fees were not listed, but now they are on the website as the following (per 24 hours): Envelope €3:75 Small item €4:75 Medium item €6:75 Large item €9:00
Extra large item €12:00 I'm not sure exactly what counts as what size, however even the extra large item (which I am assuming would be equivalent to a really, really large suitcase) is much, much cheaper than Ryanair's potentially hefty fees. It seems pretty reasonable. I hope this helps!
