Has anyone used this website to book a hotel? I found some pretty good deals, although some requiring prepayment. Wondering if they add hidden fees or taxes which is why the price looks good.

Hi Amara! I have never booked a hotel through Londontown but I have booked theater/event tickets through them. I myself was a little weary about the cheap tickets, however have had no problems and would recommend using them. The first time I used them my flight was actually cancelled due to the volcano in Iceland erupting and they were so helpful in rescheduling my tickets. They even helped arrange my theater tickets to be placed up for sale again and offered to give me my money back (minus $10 per ticket) if they were resold. Someone ended up buying them so I was very happy! Enjoy!
