London Walks day trips to countryside

Has anyone gone on a London Walks day trip out of London? I'll be in London this fall and am considering one of the trips LW offers. Oxford/Cotswolds, or Cambridge look interesting. Any advice? Thank you.

I took one of the London Walks to Stonehenge and loved it. I am a huge London Walks fan!

I've been on several of their day trips, and always enjoyed them. Bath, Lacock and Avebury, Winchester to name a few. Highly recommended.

I've done a few over the last few years when I've had time. Maybe 8/9 of the tours to date - hope to get round them all as its such a great way to get a good introduction to the various sites. Of course my favourites may not be the same as other posters - Stonehenge dull; loved Winchester; Salisbury boring. Have done the whole day tour of the Cotswolds, which was terrific - a bus meets you at the railway station you arrive at and then s you off at various towns/villages where you have a gentle walk round/lunch stop/ice cream stop and then the bus picks you up again. I liked this as a full day Cotswolds tour and wouldn't do the day trip they have combined with Oxford as this would be way too rushed for me. I've also done their Oxford and Blenheim combined day trip, which I wasn't that keen on, Blenheim just doesn't do it for me. Have also done their one day Cambridge tour, which I enjoyed - hadn't been there before and I thought it just right. Other tours I enjoyed with London Walks were their Winchester and the Colchester and Constable Country tours.
