We have been to London many times so we are looking for something different to do. Is The Clink Prison Museum worth seeing or is it just a tourist trap?
Not quite a tourist trap, but close. Some decent cafes and pubs are in the neighborhood. Spend the ticket price and an hour there.
I suppose it is close to being a tourist trap, but I did enjoy it. Have you been to the Old Operating Museum? That was interesting.
Have you been to the Wallace museum? All about armor, great people. The museum is highlighted in an A&E video about King Arthur.
The Viaduct Tavern is built partly over the old notorious Newgate prison. They let you go downstairs to take a gander at a couple of remaining small cells. Across the street you can visit a trial or two at The Old Bailey, just by showing up.
