I just booked at the Hotel Jolly St. Ermins , St James tube.
Now I would like any warning/opinion that may or may not change my mind. I'm paying 116.33 pounds, taxes included, no breakfast for a twin/dbl. room. This is just for 1 night. How might this compare to the B+B Belgravia at 120 pounds, taxes incl.?

I would say you have made the right choice on all counts. Price, location and quality of accommodation.
