Staying in London on way back from France to USA and narrowed down to Andaz and The Arch. Comparable in price so just comes down to location and overall features of hotel. Andaz is in The City whereas The Arch is near Hyde Park. Some of our site seeing is going to be Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, Buckingham, Harrods, and walking parks.

If it was me I would stay at The Arch, that area is lovely.

i worked in "The City" so i enjoy going back, busy during the day but dead at night. Also not conveneient to most tourist sights. So stay near Marble Arch, much more to see- even when you are just walking back to your hotel
