We are going. To be in London during Olympics..should we buy advance tickets to go on the london eye?..if so..is one ticket agency better then another?
The best place to purchase tickets in advance is direct from the source: http://www.londoneye.com
Love London and imagine it will be a zoo during the Olympics.
If you REALLY want to ride the Eye then cough up the $'s for the Fast Track Flex Pass ticket. Even with it there will be lines BUT shouldn't be too painful or that much of a wait. I'd take it first thing in the morning. Sunset can be lovely but VERY popular time to ride.
We used 365tickets.com. Print out the tickets before you leave the us and call to see if the Eye is running. Our 10 am reservation was honored later in the afternoon because the Eye wasn't running but we could have saved time and gone somewhere else instead of heading to the eye. I would do the fast track.
Advanced tickets - what if it's a rainy day? The Eye is incredible if it's nice out. We were out for a walk, saw that the lineups were short and went on board.
I agree with Claudia, get the Fast Track tickets.
thank you everyone..we bought a fast track combo river crusie and eye..hoping for good weather
