london, england

We are staying near the Eye for 6 days prior to getting on cruise ship. We have been to England several times. One,the name of a laundry near the hotel.
Two, some suggestions for daytime sights.

In London.........the Temple Cathedral is very interesting and has it historical roots with the Knights of the Templar. Taking a boat cruise (one hour) to Greenwich is quite scenic and there is much to see in Greenwich --- not as hectic as central London.....

In 25 words or less ???? Ask the hotel for the laundry 'cause I have no idea where you hotel is. Near the Eye doesn't mean much. London is big town. Ready a couple of guidebooks. Take the hop on/off for first day to get a feel for what you might like to visit in depth later.

Janine: You say you have been to London a couple of times before. Tell us what you have already seen and maybe we can offer some suggestions. I also think a guide book would be useful to you.
