London Connection (apartment rentals) - any experience?

I have only had experience on the front end - we have booked a place through them for September. So far so good. I read a lot of reviews and found only one person who had a problem. They have been very responsive so far.

Have had good luck with 'In The English Manner' apartment rentals. We booked with them in September, 2008, and had a wonderful experience. Am staying with them again this September.

Cindy, We were in London a couple of years ago. I have had very good luck with the VRBO site. When booking a foreign property I prefer to deal with a US owner. When I was looking in London we booked a 2 bedroom flat in the Kensington area, with a company out of Salt Lake UT. I believe that is the London Connection. They were very helpful. The original property I inquired about was not available but they found another very close which was not listed on VRBO. I was very happy and would use them again.
