We have heard that many things in London are closed on Boxing Day. Does anyone know if the tour buses run on Boxing Day and what tours are recommended?

The Original London Sightseeing Tour runs every day apart from Christmas Day for one.

Big Bus Tours - yes, open Duck - No, closed Original - reduced service I have no personal knowledge of these - I don't do buses so can't recommend any
