Now my hubby has decided he wants to go to London this spring so my research time is limited. Which agencies are best? I know nothing about the area so I would also appreciate suggestions on what area to stay. We are seniors so we will have to rely on the tube and not too much walking. Have to save those feet for admiring the art work!!
Also consider taking the bus around London. I did a few weeks ago and it worked out great. Didn't use the tube once.
We rented an apt from thelondonconnection.com. They are based in Utah. Our apt was about a block from Trafalgar Square -- such a convenient location!
We have rented a flat and a cottage from www.holiday-rentals.co.uk and had great success. The flat was in Germany and the cottage was in Ware, which is north of London. I had found lots of flats within London that would have been perfect for us if we weren't renting a car. I'm already looking on the website for a place in Munich for our trip next spring.
