I am looking for recommendations for B&Bs or hotels for 4 nights in London and 2 nights in Bruges in June. Preferably something nice, reasonably priced (under $150/night), and conveniently located. Also, what do experienced travelers think of staying in the Ealing area to explore London?
I had a good stay at this place in Bruges last year, and it should be within your price range: http://www.hotelterreien.be
In Brugge we spent our nights at Lut Setola B&B. Great breakfast and very informative and pleasant host. Enjoy your trip! :)
Well this is a much "cheaper" hotel in Bruges, but we really enjoyed our stay. I just want to vouch for it because the people were very nice and we would go back in a heartbeat. close to the train station too, and a perfect walk into central town. Not fancy though.

I wouldn't choose Ealing as a base for exploring London unless you have some compelling reason to stay there. It is much more convenient to stay closer in. I like the base2stay at Earls Court in London. The Premier Inn chain also has rooms in your price range.
Laura,, I stayed there too,, I loved the mini kitchen and being so close to two tube stations, two big grocers, and two great museums.. Base2Stay Kensington was great! Plus, loved the duvets instead of blankets.
