We have vouchers for B&Bs for our stay and I still need to make one nights reservation for Kilkenny. We're having a hard time narrowing it down due to mixed reviews I've found online. Does anyone have any experience with any of these B&Bs in/around Kilkenny??

Hi Heather, I don't know anything about the above B&B, but in April we stayed in Dunromin B&B and it was fantastic, it is on the road just above Kilkenny, a 10 minute walk, Val and Tom were fantastic hosts, tea and cake upon arrival, gave us great suggestions for food and entertainment, beautiful hand made quilts in the rooms and the most fabulous breakfast. Did you try the Hillgrove B&B? You can read my review on Tripadvisor from a few years back (under "Navyfan"). Comfortable accommodations (nothing fancy), wonderful hosts, and top-notch breakfasts (we still talk about the Irish Mist porridge years later!).
