We're going to be spending a week outside of Doolin with a bunch of kids -- 7 of 'em, ages ranging from 3 to 17. I've got a couple of guidebooks, including one especially for families, but they all seem to list the same stuff -- Bunratty Folk Park, Ailwee Cave, things like that. We'd like to see those things, but I'm also looking for other things that the kids would like, seeing as we've got a week to fill, and I'm having a hard time finding information about anything besides the big sightseeing places. Has anyone been over there with kids and found anything (things that are free are always a hit with me) that they liked that was more off the beaten path? Even info on decent playgrounds would be helpful. Thanks.
