Go to Shannon airport from Kerry. Fly from Shannon to Lisbon. You'll have to change planes at Heathrow.

If you wanted a direct flight from Ireland,
to avoid Heathrow and all the hassle, make the effort to get to Dublin and take an Aer Lingus flight to Lisbon.
