Kalmar, Sweden

I will be on holiday in Scandinavia in the first half of May. For the day I will travel in trains from Stockholm to Copenhagen, I am interested in stopping at Kalmar to visit the Kalmar caslte. Can I do that ? I want to depart from Stockholm train station at a time not earlier than 8:00. I want to arrive at the Copenhagen train station at a time not later than 19:00. I have a SCANRAIL pass.
