iWalks in Ireland

I am planning a trip to Ireland, and the Dublin tourism website has some great looking iWalks that I understand you can download onto an mp3 player. This is the website:

And I can get them to play on my computer, but I just can't figure out how to download the file and put it on my ipod! And the website does not have an e-mail address where I can ask them.

Are there any techno-savvy tourists out there who can clue me in? Thanks a lot!

They're got the files set up to play in your browser when you click them. To download them instead of clicking on the link to the file click with the right mouse button to bring up the context menu and select "Save link as..." to bring up the file save dialog. The "save" option may be labelled slightly differently depending on what browser you use, but it should be easy to figure out.

Once you have the file saved on your machine you'll need to transfer it to your iPod. I'm not an Apple user myself so I'm not sure on the mechanics but I'd guess you'll need to import the file into iTunes first.
