Don't know this company. Do know and have used airbnb, VRBO, and At Home In London. Excellent rental experiences with each company.

I've never heard of it either, but that doesn't mean much. There are many legitimate (and some not so legitimate) listing agencies in London. Hard to keep track of all of them. Searching accommodation in London can indeed be daunting. At some point you just have to narrow it down to your top 4 or 5 choices, check tripadvisor for reviews and pictures, and just go for it. It might help narrow the scope of your search if you pick 2 or 3 neighborhoods, and only focus on rentals in those areas. You can search this forum for info on B&Bs and flat rentals. Here are some recent threads to get you started: http://goo.gl/hrE17 http://goo.gl/JDrm5 http://goo.gl/uH9U6 You could also rent a serviced apartment like Nell Gwynn House(Chelsea), Vancouver Studios (Bayswater), B&B Belgravia, Studios to Let (Bloomsbury), Dolphin House Apartments (Westminster), or Hamlet UK (near Tower Bridge).

Hi Jane Ann
I found this company a few years ago, they are actually very well established. I have stayed at three of their apartments now in London and they have been brilliant. The lady who runs the business Caroline is lovely and very helpful. There are loads of reviews for their apartments on VRBO which is also a reputable company. Iuse their apartments as bases for business trips and to be honest wouldn't look any where else now provided I was staying in their location. Most of their apartments are in the SW1 central London area very close to Victoria station Hope this helps!! Brenda

Hi Jane Ann
I know what you mean, searching for the right place does make your head spin. I stayed at some of the places mentioned above like Nell Gwynn and Dolphin and there's nothing wrong with them but the difference I found with this company was that they are a family business and more personal. The apartments are all very individual as well. I stayed in the studio, one bed and two bed apartments and they are all different. You made a good decision, I hope enjoy your visit to London. Brenda

Hi Linda
Actually I dont live usually in London. I am here currently though for the foreseeable future setting up a new company . I am based in Australia usually. Before you ask I am not renting an apartment through this company now as the price for long term rental would be too much plus I am not in that locality . I have used them in the past though and recommend them They are listed on vrbo and you can also see my review for them on vrbo. I will check their number and post it , then you can see yourself. Hi Jane Anne. We stayed at one of their apartments back in 2009. It was on Eccleston Square which was gorgeous. We had a great vacation and were happy with the apartment .The location was really good for us and they are genuinely nice people . We didn't find them via their website either but through VRBO I think. Kelly and Ryan
