We are looking to take a trip to Ireland this summer with our 3 1/2 year old for 2 weeks. Any suggestions? We are planning on renting a car and staying in a couple different places. I have read some articles about staying on farms, but we would also like to stay in town as well. We are not sure which area we want to go too (kind of interested in Belfast, I have been to Dublin before but my husband hasn't) and are open to as many suggestions as possible.

Can you narrow down your question a bit? What kind of things do you like to do/see? It's hard to suggest places when you give no information. Ireland has lots of great things to see and do, but your interests should determine which to focus on. A good guidebook (or two or three) can give you a starting point. We will be happy to suggest specific places to stay, etc., once you decide where you want to be.
