I'm planning my trip to Ireland to either the week before or after Labor day. I'm looking at either
a)Friday 8/28 to Monday 9/7 (11 days) or
b)Friday 9/4 to Monday 9/14.
I'm trying to evaluate if crowds and prices will be lower the week after Labor Fay and how much worse the weather is likely to be. Any input would be appreciated.

My family is taking the same trip. We are leaving on Friday 9/4 and returning Saturday 9/12. I would love some imput on the weather as well.
I have arranged all of our B&Bs but had to use backups on 2 of them as they were already booked. You might want to consider that.

Are you trying to check on air and hotel?
You can try kayak.com and plug in the dates. Its not foolproof but it will give you an idea if it is cheaper +/- Labor Day.
