ireland trip

I'm trying to set up a trip to north and south of Ireland. The dates would be from Sept 10th in Dublin to 22nd. I will need a private mini bus for up to 12 people. Ten of us would leave from St.Louis,Mo.on the 9th of Sept and two of us would leave from Atlanta,Ga.where we would meet the two people,to go on to Dublin. We plan 12 nights and 13 days. Two of the people may have to use walkers.Thank you in advance Randel Boehm

You're going to have a difficult time trying to find a vehicle that big (and it might require a special license to drive, if you did). You would be better off with at least two smaller vehicles. But even a vehicle that holds six adults and their luggage will be tough to come by, too. The roads can be narrow in places, and parking can be difficult with larger vehicles.

What is your question? What you've described sounds like a set up for a total mess. You will be very limited in where you can go with that many people especially with mobility issues of some of the travelers. You need to carefully plan every step of your trip. Trying to all go in the same vehicle will require you to hire a bus and driver. Your alternative is to have three or more cars or limit yourself to public transportation. In Ireland that will really limit your travels. B&Bs are probably a no go with only larger hotels able to take 12 people. These definitely need to be booked well in advance. Ireland's beautiful but probably the most difficult place in Europe to travel in such a large group without booking a tour. You may want to consider that option.
