Graffitti Wall "Travel Partners Wanted" is more likely the appropriate place. Basically, you posted an advertisement for your $2,100 Ireland tour which is why Nancy pointed out that it's not appropriate to post on the Helpline (read the "Community Guidelines" - naturally, Rick Steves doesn't want advertising of other tours on his website when he's trying to sell his own tours). I don't think you offended anyone, but don't be surprised if the Webmaster spots your post and deletes it.
