Need some recommendations for what to do in Ireland for ~5 days. I'll be flying into Dublin, and from there (thinking I might stay in the Republic)?? Also, any great recommendations on where to stay would be appreciated.

What are your interests? History, nature, shopping, museums, theatre? At that time of year, some of the heritage sites will be closed or have limited hours.

I get in on the 26th in the am. Will be there until the 30th. I am much more interested in seeing the hillside and castles... I've heard there is a hop on off bus tour thats good for the city, but dont know what/how to do much else outside the city. I'd also love some suggestions for nighttime activities. Its open right now, so please help.
