I'm trying to find convent/monastery/religious guesthouse accomidations in Ireland (as are available in Italy, France, etc) - both for the quiet environment, and to save money while still being able to have a single room. Any suggestions? I have not been able to find them, even in shrine towns such as Knock. Thanks in advance!

You might try www.hermitage.dublindiocese.ie Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it certainly is in a beautiful area.
