Ireland in mid-March

We are flying in and out of Shannon, renting a car and heading out! Right now I'd love to hear people's ideas of don't miss places. We have 12 nights, are planning on staying in B & B's, eating in moderately priced pubs and restaurants, don't like "touristy" things, love trad music, may do some day hikes if time & weather permit. We are renting a car (it's just 2 of us) and have been to Kinsale, Cork, and the Rock of Cashel. So, suggest away, your dream trip ideas are interesting to me and will help us narrow down what & where we will do. thanks!

Dingle/Beara/Iveragh peninsulas. Dingle town. Bantry. Cliffs of Moher (not touristy in March). Adare Manor. Have dinner at the Mustard Seed in Ballingarry (near Adare). Lough Derg. Ennis is a nice town. Lahinch. Skip Limerick. Galway. Connemara. I'm envious.

Why skip Galway and Connemara? We'd already planned on not going to Limerick.

Cliffs of Moher are a must (and won't be crowded in March). Very near there are Lahinch (home of a world famous golf course) and Doolin (considered the home of traditional Irish music in the west). The Burren is well worth spending time in. Galway is great, and Connemara is absolutely stunning. You could take the coastal route to Clifden, then take the Sky Road up toward the Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey. Drive through Cong and back down through the Twelve Bens (mountains). Spend your last night at Bunratty. You could see the castle and the folk park, spend the night at one of the many B&Bs along the lower Bunratty road, and be only six miles from the airport for a quick departure the next day.

I only meant skip Limerick City. Go to Galway and the Connemara.
