Ireland Castles

Driving from Kenmare to Dublin. Any suggestions of castles to visit in between?

Definitely Cahir castle - it sits on its own little island in the middle of the River Suir. Rock of Cashel could easily be a stop, too. And depending on your route, Blarney castle isn't out of the question, either. Beautiful grounds to explore there, too.
