Ireland B&B north of Dublin

Hello everyone. I have been reading several suggestions for B&B's (including Rick's) but have not found something that is closer to the airport, yet still accessible to Dublin AND highly recommended. Here is what I'm planning: Last day in Ireland, must see it all - Visiting Newgrange (including Visitor Centre, Knowth is closed) and Trim Castle. We will have a rental car. We hope to check into a B&B north of Dublin, with easy access to Airport (Leaving next morning- a Sunday). My wish is to catch the all important Musical Pub Crawl (offered only Fri & Sat nights in Nov.)as our last taste of Ireland. As I do not want to drive in Dublin (especially on a Sat night) we are hopping a bus/dart from B&B and back. I know this will make a late night, hence the need to really know my buses and where we are going. Would not want to miss our ride 'home'. Any help, suggestions, or thoughts. Thanks for everyone's input. One month and counting to Ireland. Thanks Ambur :)

In Navan, on the Dublin road, is a B&B called Killyon. It is absolutely gorgeous, furnished with antiques and stained glass. The breakfast there was wonderful, too. If you want to message me I can give you contact information. It's about a 20 min. or so drive from Dublin and brings you in on the north side, not far from the airport.

I'd recommend the Crannmor House B&B in Trim. Very close to Newgrange, and very comfy. We were just there, and the pub crawl was great, definitely something to do. Also, Knowth is closed, but you can still visit. We didn't as we too were pressed for time. Try and hit that early to avoid the crowds
