In London and my son has a toothache

I left my Rick Steves Great Britain book at home (I have regretting this like crazy!) and I am wondering if he says anything about finding a dentist in London. The hotel here (travelodge) doesn't have any ideas. I am looking in the phone book but there are so many options. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you have a "World" Mastercard you can call them 24/7 for an emergency medical referral. I'm sure the equivalent Amex and Visa cards offer the same service. I'm not sure if it includes dental.

Go to the nearest pharmacy (chemist's, Boots, e.g.) and inquire of the pharmacist for a dentist.

Any hospital "accident and emergency" department will probably be able to offer some sort of assistance.
