Hi all!
As part of my Europe trip, I plan to expend a few days in Ireland. I'll be flying from London to Dublin, and stay there two full days. Then I plan to go by train to Killarney, and expend that day visiting the National Park an the town. The next day I would like to take a tour to Dingle Peninsula. The following day I would be flying from Cork to Paris.
My original plan was going to Galway and visit Aran Islands, but I think the South is more interesting.
What do you think about my itinerary? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Natalia, I think this itinerary will work fine. Galway and the Aran Islands would have been great too, but if you're flying out of Cork, that would be way out of the way.
I agree with Caroll. Unless you want to see Ireland from the inside of the bus, I'd keep to the south.
Touring the Dingle peninsula without spending a night is a challenging day. It's doable, but very tough. Will you rent a car? Not sure that day is possible without a car.
I'd leave Galway for another time. Focus on the south. You don't have much time so it's better to focus on one area of the country.
