Looking for a budget hotel, near Heathrow, that has reliable shuttle, or bus, service from the hotel to the airport(terminal 3). *And also has Tube/city bus stop near hotel so I can take Tube from London to the hotel.

We stay at the IBIS. There are several of the other popular chains along Bath Road. You might want to zoom in on Bath Road on Google maps and see if you can spot one of your favorites.
There is a Hoppa bus that runs along Bath Road ... but there is also the local city bus option, which is FREE!!! We tried that on our last trip and, indeed, it is real and it works just fine.

Check out the Jurys Inn which is close by the Hatton Cross Underground station. Local buses are free between Hatton Cross and Heathrow.

It's located in Terminal 4 (if you're only staying a short time) and the tube station is below.
If you're staying more than one night, why stay near Heathrow? It's an hour into town by tube.

We stayed at Jurys Inn and it fit the bill, as I recall, on all counts. Nice little resturant for supper, breakfast buffet was included. We stayed there the night before our departure and it worked well for us.
