Planning a four night stay in London in June looking for a hotel in the center of things for no more then $200/night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Depending on the exchange rate, The Grosvenor Hotel (formerly the Thistle Victoria) might meet your budget (it also might be a bit above it). It is right inside Victoria Station, and is very nice ( 4 star). Also very well located for the Tube, trains, and sightseeing. With the Olympics, hotel rates in London are going way up. People who want to avoid the Olympics are traveling early (or later), so 'the season' is a bit different this year.
