any one know of a hotel that can take you to terminal 4 at heathrow?

Quick look on the web. Many hotels by Heathrow offer airport shuttles, Radission Edwardian, Novetel, Jurys Inn, Thistle, Sheraton. Don't think you'll have a problem. Hopefully other posters will chime in with positive reviews about these or another Heathrow Hotel option.

HOPPA buses serve many airport-area hotels. They run frequently and cost 4 GBP.

Here you go: Hilton, direct access to T4 via covered walkway: http://www.hilton.co.uk/heathrow Have stayed there many times. Highly recommend. Comfy beds and good breakfast.

Google "Heathrow Hoppa". As mentioned by previous poster, this bus serves a number of hotels near Heathrow.

The Hoppa busses are convenient and get you to and from your hotel quickly. Gives you an expanded choice of hotels
