Many years ago I took a horseback riding trek through the Gap of Dunloe that ended at a lake near Killarney, I believe.Has anyone done this more recently? OR can anyone recommend a good riding excursion anywhere in the SW? I'll be there in June.

In the event no one replies who has actually done it, one of my favorite PBS shows is Equitrekking with Darley Newman. Check the Equitrekking website for her episodes on Ireland. It has recaps of where she rode, what she did, etc.
