Hertz at Heathrow London

We are arriving at Terminal 4 and need to get to the Hertz location at the Northern Perimeter Road. I am going to assume we take a Train (shuttle) to Terminal 1 and look for Car Rental shuttles? Is that correct? Any other options. Thanks, Tom
