Help with Ryanair!

I have never booked with Ryanair before, but I attempted tonight! It was not very successful I might add! I understand all the rules,costs, and weight requirements. My problem is and I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but after putting in all our information including credit card number it acted as if it was booking and then it just stopped. I am going to check with my credit card company tomorrow to see if any charges are pending.

My question is can Americans book flights within Europe on Ryanair? Is this a common problem others have experienced?

Also my credit card company is aware that we are booking flights and making reservations overseas with this card.

Be aware that passenger from outside the EU can't use Ryanair's print your own boarding pass option. So this means you will have to pay the extra surcharge of having to check-in for your flight at the airport desks. So when making your booking make sure you have this box "ticked". This may be one of the reasons your booking didn't go through.

I have booked with Ryanair online with no problem. The only limitation, as Michael said, is that you must take the "check in at the airport" option if you are not an EU citizen.
