We are traveling by train from London through parts of GreatBritain. Would like to go from London to Stratford Upon Avon and then later on to Bath later in the day. Is there a place you can leave your bags? Train station doesn't have a baggage area.

That's a lot of travel for one day. It is possible, but not easy, to get from Stratford to Bath. Why not stay the night in Stratford (thus eliminating your luggage storage problem) and then procede on to Bath the next day? By train you will probably have to return to London or Reading before proceding on to Bath. You can check on bus service between the towns.
