Our British Air flight arrives at Terminal 5 @ Noon. There is a National Express bus leaving for Bath from Terminal 1 @ 2:45 pm. Will we be able to clear customs and transfer to Terminal 1 in time to catch the 2.45 pm bus?

It could take up to one hour to clear immigration/passport control. However, if your flight arrives on time, you should have no trouble catching the 14:45 bus. You can take a free ride on the Heathrow Express train from Terminal 5 to Terminal 1. The train runs every 15 minutes.
