suggestions for hotels in area of Heathrow, Terminal 4.....
3-4 star.......dont need eleborate setting....just clean, safe and convenient...reasonably priced....hoppa bus, okay......thank you

We stayed in the Ibis just before Xmas. Nothing special but they were efficient.
There's a nice pub, which I think is called the White Hart, about 5 minutes walk along the Bath Road (right as you come out of the hotel) which does reasonable food.
There's a hotel actually on the pub site, but no idea what it's called.
Have a good trip.

We have stayed at the Castle hotel in Windsor. Very nice and easy to walk about the town - it isjust across from the castle. Very short walk to the train station (good shopping at the station).
