Heathrow Airport

I haven't been to Heathrow in about 12 years. The last time we were there, it was horribly musty, with a strong mold/mildew smell that put my asthma into orbit. Has anyone been through Heathrow recently, especially through the international terminal? Is it still stinky?

I've never noticed anything, but then I don't suffer from asthma. Each terminal at Heathrow is distinct and different.

There is no such thing as 'the international terminal' at Heathrow as all four current terminals take international flights. Heathrow is a constant building site with bits being demolished, built and refurbished all the time. The oldest core building still in use is Terminal 3 departures which was initially opened in 1961, but the age is only noticeable in some of the corridors and the rather dismal low ceiling of the checkin area. The newest building is Terminal 5 - four years old.
