will be arriving at T4 and need to get to the Central Bus Station...what is the best way for me to do that......thanks....

You need to catch the Heathrow Express train from Terminal 4 to one of the other terminals. I've only done it from Terminal 5 but the the process is the same. This is the same train that goes into London but you can ride it free between terminals. http://www.heathrowairport.com/heathrow-airport-guide/travel-between-terminals#table The walk to the Coach terminal is pretty long and a little convoluted but it is pretty well signed as remember. The coach station is about like any bus station - there's a coffee place and newsstand. Heathrow is also has helpful people you can ask if you get confused. In fact I missed the first Express train because the conductor insisted on checking with everyone getting on. If I had done it before I would have hurried on as it was pulling out, but the difference of 10 minutes didn't really change anything. Good luck,
